Disclosure

Novamya writes about a market it has a financial connection to. This page says what that connection is, in plain terms, without the hedging that usually goes into disclosure statements.

The relationship

Novamya is published by Utta, a web development studio. Utta builds and maintains the websites of two social media marketing panels:

• SMMLaunch — sells Telegram services: channel and group members, post views, reactions, bot starts.
• AdderPanel — sells services for other social platforms: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and similar.

Both are operated by the same client. Utta is paid to build and maintain their websites and to run search marketing for them. Novamya is part of that engagement: it is a content site Utta owns and operates, and some of its articles link to those two panels.

That is the whole arrangement. There is no hidden ownership stake, no per-sale commission on this site, and no third provider paying for coverage.

What this means when you read an article

Take it as read that we are not a neutral observer of this market. We have an interest in two of the participants. Concretely:

• We do not review, rank or rate providers. Not our own client’s panels, and not anyone else’s. A ranking produced by a company that is paid by two entrants would be worthless to you and we are not going to publish one.
• We do not claim any provider is the best, safest, cheapest or most reliable. We describe how the category works and what to check; the comparison is yours to do.
• Where we describe risks in this industry, those risks apply to the panels we are connected to as well. Nothing on this site suggests our client’s services are exempt from the failure modes we document. They are not.

How commercial links are handled

When an article links to SMMLaunch or AdderPanel, all of the following apply:

• The link carries rel="sponsored nofollow". This is the attribute search engines use to identify a commercial link, and it means the link passes no ranking credit.
• There are at most two such links in any article. This is enforced by the publishing system, not by editorial discipline — a third one is dropped before it reaches the page.
• The link sits inside the body text, at a point where the panel is genuinely relevant to what the paragraph is about.
• There are no commercial links in the site header, the footer, a sidebar, a pop-up, an interstitial, an email capture, or a banner that follows you down the page. Nothing on this site is designed to interrupt you.
• Any page carrying such a link displays a short disclosure notice on that page.

The great majority of pages on Novamya contain no commercial link at all.

What we do not accept

• Payment from any other provider for an article, a mention, a link, or a position in anything.
• Paid guest posts, sponsored posts, or “collaborations” that are advertisements.
• Display advertising or affiliate networks.
• Free services in exchange for coverage.

There is no rate card. Offers to buy a link are declined.

Why disclose at all

Two reasons, and the second is the honest one.

First, because a reader making a purchasing decision is entitled to know who is talking to them. Search engines take the same view: undisclosed commercial links are treated as an attempt to manipulate rankings, and marking them correctly is the documented way to stay on the right side of that.

Second, because the alternative does not work. This industry is full of sites that present themselves as independent authorities while quietly earning a commission on every click. Readers have learned to assume it. A site that says nothing is not read as neutral; it is read as hiding something. Being specific is simply the better position.
