Corrections and factual disputes
This is what the address is mainly for. If something on this site is wrong, out of date, or misleading, tell us. Include:
- the URL of the page,
- the specific sentence or claim you are disputing,
- and, if you have one, a source.
A source is not required, but a correction backed by primary documentation gets checked much faster than one that is not. Substantive corrections are noted on the page itself rather than edited in silently — our editorial policy explains how that works.
Questions about an article
If a page did not answer the question you arrived with, that is useful to know and we would rather hear it than not. Those messages shape what gets written next.
We cannot, however, give individual advice about a specific account — whether a particular purchase will get you restricted, whether a specific provider will deliver, or what will happen to a given channel. Nobody outside the platforms can answer those questions honestly, and a confident answer from us would be a guess dressed up as expertise.

What we do not respond to
To save everyone’s time:
- Offers to buy links, guest posts or sponsored articles. Novamya does not sell placement of any kind. There is no rate card. See the disclosure page.
- Requests to be added to a “best providers” list. There is no such list on this site and there will not be one.
- Requests to review or promote a service. We do not publish reviews.
- Bulk outreach and SEO pitches.
